1. Introduction of self-service systems
1.1  Role of self-service systems

Self-service system is an electronic information system which develops along with the electronics and information industry. 2.1  Structure of self-service systems
ATM, the acronym of Automatic Teller Machine, is one the most common self-service banking terminals. It is a computerized telecommunications device that provides one of the basic banking services: cash dispensing. ATMs also allow consumers to deposit cash, check account information and change passwords.
