Remote Monitoring System for Self-Service Banks


System Introduction

The advanced broadband technology and digital video technology provide a perfect solution for remote monitoring. The present digital monitoring technology, combining digital video live multicast and monitoring module, extends the domain of remote monitoring, achieving TCP/IP-based point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, and multipoint-to-multipoint remote real-time monitoring and remote video camera function. System Structure
The system consists of self-service bank remote monitoring system, management center, computer network, video capture card, etc. To enhance system functionality, users can choose to configure subsystems such as multimedia voice system and remote telephone alarm system, etc.


1) CCTV system
High-definition video cameras are installed separately at the entrance of the self-service bank and in each ATM to record video. The video acquisition card acquires video signals. The local monitoring station saves video signals in MPEG-4 format. Each person entering the self-service bank and each transaction at the ATM are recorded in full detail. At the same time, Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) is used to remote control the video cameras away from the field, allowing video recording in different angles and improving video quality.

2) Access monitoring system
All access controllers can work independently from the monitoring host computer, guaranteeing the security and stability of the access system. They can work in coordination with video cameras. The entrance of anyone will be snapshot and video-recorded in the hard disk for easy retrieval.

3) Shock sensor monitoring system
Each ATM is equipped with a shock sensor. In case someone hits the ATM with strong force, the shock sensor will emit alarm signal and activates the cameras installed in the ATM and the self-service bank for snapshot.

4) Fire alarm system
The fire monitoring of the self-service bank can be achieved by installing smoke detector. The telephone voice alarm system can be used to inform the nearby fire station to quickly respond to the fire in the self-service bank.

5) Burglar alarm system
Infrared microwave double probe can be installed to monitor the people in the self-service bank.
